The Honourable Deputy Minister of Food and Agriculture of the Republic of Ghana, Hon. John Setor Dumelo, participated in the 2025 Expoalimentaria Fair held in Lima, Peru, from 24th to 26th September 2025.

On the margins of the Fair, the Deputy Minister held bilateral meetings with Mr. Rafael del Campo, Vice President of the Peruvian Association of Exporters (ADEX), and Mr. Orlando Hernán Chirinos Trujillo, Vice Minister of Development of Family Agriculture, Agrarian Infrastructure and Irrigation of Peru.

The discussions reaffirmed the commitment of both parties to strengthen trade cooperation, promote investment, and advance industrialization as a means of addressing post-harvest losses.
