H.E. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, Vice President of Ghana, Participates in the 60th Independence Anniversary Celebrations of Guyana.

Her Excellency Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, participated in the 60th Independence Anniversary celebrations of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.

Upon her arrival in Guyana, the Vice President was received by H.E. Nii Amasah Namoale, Ghana’s Ambassador to the Federative Republic of Brazil accredited to Guyana, together with his team, and the Hon. Charles Ramson Jr., Guyana’s Minister for Culture, Youth and Sport. Members of the Ghanaian community in Guyana also joined in welcoming the Vice President.

During her visit, Vice President Opoku-Agyemang reaffirmed the longstanding bonds of friendship and cooperation between Ghana and Guyana, underscoring the enduring partnership between the two nations.
